With our patented system of breaking down medical data into granular concepts, community members define medical conditions through concept groupings, complete with references and supporting evidence.

Navigator™ takes the PHR one step further and offers an interactive PHX - Patient Health Exchange - for patients to engage with their health. Users can input their medical history, record new symptoms as they occur, and use a variety of health widgets to track their blood pressure, weight, blood glucose, and more. Before a doctor visit users can securely share their pertinent data with their physician, rather than having to re-record it at the physician's office.

Aviator™ is the perfect solution for a busy physician's office. It offers a basic, easy-to-use EHR application - complete with E/M coding output - with a a Clinical Decision Support (CDS) application nestled within. Using the data gathered and structured in Compass, Aviator's CDS presents real-time personalized diagnostic suggestions, along with key questions that will narrow down a diagnosis and reference materials on each suggested diagnosis. For physicians who already have an EHR (that they are happy with) in place, Aviator's CDS is also offered as a plug-in to use with other EHR systems.
